"Knowledge is power. Information is liberating. Education is the premise of progress, in every society, in every family." ~ Kofi Annan
Welcome to the 2018 Graduate Education Research Conference! This student-organized conference will explore and celebrate the research efforts of graduate students in the Faculty of Education at the University of Windsor.
Conference Date: Wednesday, 28 March 2018 from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (EDT)
The purpose of research is often understood as a process of better understanding the world around us. It is through research that we ask questions, seek answers, and empower new knowledge, both in the mind of the researcher, and for the larger research community. Graduate students are uniquely positioned in the center of the research process, and are uniquely situated to provide fresh perspectives to the educational research landscape.
This conference invites graduate students, faculty, sessional instructors, administrators, and those who support teaching and learning to the Faculty of Education at the University of Windsor each year. Join us as we recognize established and budding graduate research initiatives that not only build upon previous knowledge, but seek to empower new knowledge!
