Abstract
Workplace conflict has substantial adverse effects for both employees and organizations. Given the difference in authority, workplace conflicts with supervisors are particularly taxing for employees. This research investigates how supervisors and subordinates deal with workplace conflict and examines the effects of supervisors’ conflict management styles (CMS) on subordinates’ behaviours, attitudes, and well-being.
