The paper will present the second meaning use of electronic book in society. The research is going to take a look on both positive and negative effects of e-book. The aim is to understand whether the proposed concept of e-book in everyday life has beneficial or negative contribution to literature and future of books. The qualitative and quantitative research are going to identify two main points: benefit and negative contribution of e-book in society. The work on the selected topic is interesting because e-book is becoming popular way to read a book. The research project is going to find out how social, scholar and financial factors influence e-book consumption.
